1. Provider

Konversos (konversos.com) is provided by 37BETTER LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales.

2. The service

Konversos is a business-to-business software service for outbound sales, power dialing, campaign management and optional AI coaching.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are charged per active user. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance; users added during the period are charged pro rata. Removed users reduce the next renewal. Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly.

4. Usage

Telephony and AI processing are billed separately by actual usage at the customer rates in force at the time of use.

5. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for lawful use, including marketing and telephony rules, consent, do-not-call lists and informing call participants where required.

6. Suspension

We may restrict the service in case of non-payment, misuse or risk to the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
