Controller
37BETTER LLP is the controller for account, billing and website data. For lead and call data that customers process in Konversos, the customer is the controller and we are the processor.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), organisation and billing details, usage data and technical logs. We avoid collecting personal data we do not need.
Purposes and legal basis
To provide the service (contract), to bill and keep records (legal obligation) and to secure and improve the platform (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We use sub-processors for hosting, payments, telephony and AI processing. A list is provided in the Data Processing Agreement.
International transfers
Where data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary. Customers can configure retention for their own data.
