Move from call to call without losing focus.
When a rep starts a session, Konversos finds the next lead, reserves it atomically, places the call and shows the contact details and script.
After the call the rep logs the outcome, waits the configured number of seconds — 3 by default, adjustable from 0 to 30 — and the next call starts automatically.
Pausing stops all automatic calls. Calls are never placed outside the campaign's permitted hours or to numbers on the do-not-call list.
