Roles
The customer is the controller of personal data in leads, calls, transcripts and documents. 37BETTER LLP processes this data only on the customer's documented instructions.
Security
Data is separated per organisation with database-level access control, encryption in transit and audit logging of privileged access.
Sub-processors
Hosting and database, payment processing (Stripe), telephony (Twilio) and AI processing providers. Customers are notified of changes.
Assistance
We assist with data subject requests, data export and deletion, and breach notification without undue delay.
Deletion
On termination, customer data is deleted or returned in line with the configured retention settings.
